We use fresh-cut, locally-grown sod cut specifically for your job on the day of installation. We use a professional machine to remove the existing lawn and roots before installing new sod. This ensures that all weeds and bad lawn areas have been removed. Before installing sod, we apply fresh topsoil to the entire site. Grading is the most crucial aspect to get right before installing sod. We grade the new topsoil to ensure proper water flow and aesthetic appeal.
